To create a new account, visit the Cult Creative home page and click on “Sign Up” at the top left corner on the screen or on the login page, click on “Sign Up Now”. To sign up with your email: Enter your personal information (First Name, Last Name and Email). Create a password and provide your phone number. Click on “Create Account” to proceed. To sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple account: Click on “Sign Up” and choose your preferred platform and log in your chosen account. How do I log into my account? To log into your account, visit the Cult Creative the home page Click on the “Login” button at the top right hand corner of the screen. Login using your preferred method i.e Email, Facebook, Google or Apple.

To access your profile, visit the Cult Creative home page and click on “Profile” on the top left corner of the screen. To edit your profile details, visit the profile page, click on “Edit Profile” then click on “Details”. Once here you will be able to edit your profile picture, account information, personal information, career details, location and add your website links.

To access or upload your resumes, visit the profile page, click on “Edit Profile” then click on “Resumes”. Once here you will be able to upload and view your resumes.

Yes! You can upload up to three resumes to your account. This enables you to have multiple versions of your resume available for different job applications.

To upload your resumes, visit the profile page, click on “Edit Profile” then click on “Portfolio”. Once here you will be able to upload your portfolio. After you have submitted your portfolio, you will be able to view it on your profile page.

Yes! You can access your portfolio on your profile. Click on the portfolio you want to make changes to and then select “Edit” on the top left side of the screen.

You can search for specific jobs using the “Search” tab at the top of the homepage. Click on the filters icon on the search tab to further customize your search.

Yes! You will be able to bookmark jobs that interest you. However, these bookmarks can only be accessed through our Cult Creative App. Download it here.

There is no limit to the number of jobs you could apply to.

Based on your feedback about our app's performance issue, the app is currently under construction to bring you a more smoother app experience. Our team will take a few weeks to finish fixing it but we'll be rolling out weekly updates. The Cult Creative app is open to creatives of all levels! We tailor to creatives who are looking for jobs, to network and a platform where they can showcase their work.

Nope! You can freely use the app to find jobs, network with other creatives and showcase your work.

We have tons of tutorials, example profiles and even a profile bio generator to help you on the profiles page under the resource tab!

Create an Employer account on the CC app! (Refer to the next FAQ) Head to the "jobs" page, and purchase a token. One token represents one job posting.

When signing up, make sure you select “Employer Account” Select email or Google account (according to preference) Key in your username as per your company name. Choose the industry your company is related to. Choose the interests or areas you want to explore when using the app.

One token represents one job posting. For each token you purchase, you may post jobs with a validity of 30 days with a guarantee of 20 applicants. In a scenario where the quota of 20 applicants is not achieved, your job post will continue to run for another 30 days.

Create a password and provide your phone number. Click on “Create Account” to proceed. To sign up with your company Facebook, Google or Apple account: Click on “Sign Up” and choose your preferred platform and log in your chosen account.

To log into your account, visit the Employer Dashboard login page Click on the “Login” button Login using your preferred method i.e Email, Facebook, Google or Apple.

Login to your account and go to the “Dashboard” found on the bar to the left side of the screen. Click on “Create a new job” and select the employment type. If you are hiring for full-time, freelance or contract positions then you will need to purchase a token to post your vacancy. Fill out the job vacancy details and you are ready to post!

All job listings can be found under “Dashboard”. Here you can view all open, expired and closed job listings.

To edit or close a job listing, head over to "Dashboard" or “Jobs” where all your job listings should appear. Click on the job listing you would like to close and then select "Close Job".

Go to “Dashboard” or “Jobs” and select the job listing you wish to manage. Here you will be able to view all applicants, access their CVs and profiles. You will also be able to change their application status.

Free job posting is only available for internship positions. Other job postings would require the purchase of token(s) with one token representing one job post.

All your transactions can be viewed under “Transaction History” in Billing.

To purchase tokens, click on “Billing” found on the bar to the left side of the screen. Scroll down to “Purchase tokens”, select the number of tokens you would like to purchase and then click “Purchase”. Proceed to the payment to complete your purchase. Your token balance will be indicated under “Billing”.

Download the Cult Creative app to apply for jobs! We've got creative jobs from full-time / part-time / contract / freelance and internships. We've got jobs on the website too under "Employers" -- the ones listed on the website are only full-time positions.

Yes! You can apply to as many jobs as you'd like.

Your Profile works as your Portfolio in your job application on the Cult Creative App.

The relevant hiring manager will contact you if they are interested or have shortlisted you for the position. Cult Creative is not responsible for contacting or interviewing candidates.
